Waterfall color sorter is a new multi-purpose color sorter. It is equipment that automatically sorts out the different color particles in granular materials by photoelectric detection according to the differences of optical characteristics of materials. It is mainly composed of a feeding system, optical detection system, signal processing system, and separation execution system. The materials to be sorted are poured into the vibrating feed hopper and fall into the material distribution tank after high-frequency shaking of the feed hopper; After industrial camera acquisition, materials can be separated according to color difference through a separation execution system.
