Product Introduction:

The design of the multi head spot welding machine is based on the customized design of the buyer's trunking components, with the workpiece manually fed and automatically positioned without clamping. Automatic welding of all welding points in one clamping process (8 points welded simultaneously, adjustable specifications). So after the solder joint is completed, the mobile platform continues to advance into the next working cycle. The entire process is fully automatic control, with automatic monitoring and alarm, and automatic shutdown for faults. High production efficiency, with a production rhythm of approximately 1.5-2.5 seconds for 25 steps, taht is 50 seconds per workpiece.

1. Accurate microcomputer control: The microcomputer inside the welding machine scans the input voltage in high numbers for a long time. As soon as the power supply fluctuates, it immediately calculates the compensation data and changes the welding energy, so that welding does not have false welding or explosion due to unstable voltage. It is more suitable for use under unstable voltage, and can ensure even welding effect each time.
