A deep drawing forming method for a micro sheet metal part comprises steps; Making miniature cavity die; The metal foil material is located on the concave die; Lay the powder material on the metal foil material; Heating and pressurizing; Separate the die and take out the formed parts. Heating pressure is to start heating up to 800 watts of ultrasonic welding machine, welding time was 0.1 ~ 20 seconds, pressure is 0.05 ~ 1 mpa, the holding time was 0.1 ~ 20 seconds, by the heat generated by the ultrasonic vibration between the powder materials will melt the moment for the molten body, by the ultrasonic welding machine welding head through powder material melting body as a soft punch for gold The foils produce pressure and vibration, which make them fill and adhere to the miniature concave model cavity for rapid accumulation and forming. It can effectively prevent the wrinkling phenomenon in deep drawing process, completely solve the gap between punch and die homogenization problem, significantly improve the service life of die, but also significantly reduce the influence of size effect on forming difficulties
