We had produced many metal parts by titanium GR5/TC4 more than 200 projects since 2007 for our clients from all over the world.


Titanium is a rare metal. In fact, titanium is not rare. Its abundance in the earth's crust occupies the seventh place, accounting for 0.45%, which is much higher than many common metals. However, due to the lively nature of titanium and the high requirements for smelting processes, people have been unable to produce a large amount of titanium for a long time, which is classified as a "rare" metal.
Titanium is a metal with relatively active chemical properties. It can interact with non-metals such as O2, N2, H2, S and halogen when heated. However, at room temperature, a very thin and dense oxide protective film is easy to form on the surface of titanium, which can resist the action of strong acid or even aqua regia, showing strong corrosion resistance. Therefore, ordinary metals become riddled in acid, alkali, and salt solutions, but titanium is safe.


Liquid titanium can dissolve almost all metals, so it can form alloys with a variety of metals. Titanium steel made by adding titanium to steel is tough and elastic. Titanium and metal Al, Sb, Be, Cr, Fe, etc. form interstitial compounds or intermetallic compounds.
