Features
1. Better crushing frequency and eccentricity are adopted to higher
the content of fine particles in the broken products.
2. Provide strong crushing power. The force arm is longer than any
other cone crusher available on the market. The longer the force
arm is, the greater the crushing impact force is. The long force
arm is embodied on the main axis, which has the advantages of
reducing a load of the eccentric bearing, lowering the bearing
temperature, and prolonging the service life of the bearing. The
larger crushing force and the free-falling force of the material
make the crusher have high frequency and lower power consumption;
3. The maximum crashing cone stroke will increase the production
capacity largely; the machine designed with large eccentricity and
proper conical angle to make the machine has a larger discharge
volume;
4. The unique spring safety system is protecting from overload to
enable foreign matters and iron blocks through the crushing chamber
without harming the crusher. This system produces a greater
reaction force than the old type crusher. Therefore, the greater
the crushing force is, the higher is the productivity.
5. The unique hydraulic system can connect the mobile hydraulic
station and the hydraulic cleaning system. After starting the
hydraulic station, raise the support sleeve, tuning sleeve, and
rolling mortar wall to make it leave the mainframe body, thus
increasing the space of the crushing chamber and facilitating the
cleaning work.
Working Principle
When the Spring Cone Crusher works, driven by the motor, the
eccentric sleeve rotates under the combined action of the
triangular belt, big belt pulley, transmission shaft, bevel pinion
and bevel gear wheel. Then, under the action of the eccentric
sleeve, axis starts to rotate, too. During which, the crushing wall
would be sometimes close to or sometimes away from the rolling
wall. This motion forces materials to be shocked, squeezed and
broken continuously in the crushing cavity between the crushing
wall and the rolling wall. Finally, materials are discharged out of
the machine when their fineness reaches the discharging standard.
Field Of Application
Widely used in metallurgy, construction, hydropower,
transportation, chemical industry, building materials industry,
suitable for all kinds of ores and rocks with hard and medium
hardness.
