Specification

Acrylic needle felt, chemical name of pan, use it as raw material by acupuncture method into the felt. Then after a special water repellent treatment so as to obtain acrylic temperature hydrolysis resistant needle punches filter. Permeability at 14m square meter -min@200Pa, instant working temperature 140 deg C, normal work of 120 deg C. Needle felt to acrylic woven fabric enhanced the vertical and horizontal strength. Have excellent resistance to chemical and resistance to hydrolysis, extensive application in asphalt, dryer, coal mill, and dust collection for the sintering machine, such as power plant flue gas.

Our dust collector bags are sewn with 3 – needle chain stitch to ensure seam integrity. Top constructions consist of snap band, flange top, ring top, soft cuffs or raw edge. Bottom removal dust collectors bags are constructed with a raw top or soft cuff. Top and bottom removal filter bags have disc bottoms that are sewn using an overlock (surge) stitch or lock stitch. A wear strip or custom skirts is attached to the bottom portion of the bag to prevent premature wear from bag-to-bag and bag-to-cage abrasion.
