Specification

Polyester filter bag is the heart in bag filter operation process, usually cylindrical shape pulse type filter bag vertically hanging in precipitator dust gas from the air inlet into the dust collector, after ash hopper of guide plate, the part of the large particles in the gas dust by the effect of inertia force is separated out, directly into the hopper. Dust filter bag filter area gas into the enclosure, the vast majority of dust was set on the outer surface of the filter bag, and clean gas through the filter material to enter inside the filter pocket, after purification, the gas after filtering on the mouth into the box, again through the outlet. Filter bag inside the cage frame is used to support the filter bag, to prevent the collapse of the filter bag, at the same time, it helps to remove the dust cake and redistribution.

Filtration fabric should be selected for maximum filtration efficiency, dust cake release, and durability. Operating conditions may include changes to gas stream chemistry, moisture or hydrocarbons, or high-temperature spikes. All need to be considered to get maximum filter life and performance. The style and construction of bags are typically determined by the collector cleaning system and if support cages are needed
