Description
MDG series Horizontal Multistage Ring Section Self-Balancing Centrifugal
Boiler Feed Water Pump is designed to remove the mechanical balance drum, balance disc,
balance socket and similar part, but achieve the balancing function
by reverse circulation water pipe.
Such external bypass piping is designed for water flowing into the
end of the pump from the suction side, and then reversely flow back
to the discharge section in the middle, which makes the water
flowing from both sides of the discharge section.
It will balance the axial thrust caused by the high pressure
impeller from both sides and escape the mechanical wears out as
well as overloaded axial force of the traditional multistage pump,
and ensure the stability and endurability of the pumpset.
