Automatic Control Software
Chenyu Dryer is equipped with full color touch panel and automatic
control software. The Satake developed software provides full
automatic drying operation to dry down the product to the target
moisture with an ideal drying pattern to achieve the low crack rate
after drying.
Single Grain Moisture Meter
High accuracy single grain moisture meter (Made in Japan) capable
of continuously measuring every kernel. Measurement stability is
immune to immature grains containing high moisture content. Any
foreign materials ingress during measurement, are discharged
automatically.
Outside Humidity Sensor
In addition to ambient temperature sensor, humidity sensor is also
equipped to collect more information to calculate ideal drying
pattern
Optimum Drying
Chenyu has developed the concept of “Optimum Drying “ in its
pursuit of total Engineering for the Grain Process. “Optimum
Drying” consists of three objectives;" to achieve higher yield, to
dry rapidly and to dry effectively."
