M2.5 Brass Thread Inserts Free Running DIN8140 Radiator Or Gearbox
Description
Wire thread inserts can be used to strengthen threads and extend
service life. Each insert member load balancing by bolts and holes,
thereby maintaining or increasing the pull-out resistance. After
mounting the wire threaded inserts, can obtain a more uniform
distribution of loads and stresses. Free routing thread inserts are
usually made of 304(18-8) stainless steel wire rolled into a
diamond-shaped cross-section.
The copper threaded sleeve is made of phosphor bronze, its
conductivity is significantly improved, and it is non-magnetic.
Special requirements apply to the conductive and magnetic products.
