Product overview
1. Mechanical dock shelter can seal the space between vehicle and
warehouse. The product adopts wear-resistant and tough material,
which can not only completely seal the periphery of freight car or
container, but can also bear strong wind pressure. As a result, it
can protect against wind, rain, dust and block the external hot air
to preserve the internal cold air of the freezer.
2. The surface material of the awning is high quality neoprene
fiber or polyethylene based fiber cloth. Neoprene fiber rubber has
great wear resistance and can withstand no less than 30000 times of
friction.
3. The dock shelter frame is made of silver-white oxidized aluminum
alloy and is covered with solid translucent plastic or polyester
fiber material treated with ultraviolet protection.
4. The frame adopts the hinged link, which has extrudability, thus
ensuring the softness and flexibility in need when the car
approaches.
5. The dock shelter consists of a front frame, a rear frame and a
connecting arm. The whole frame is made of silver oxidized aluminum
alloy, and the surface is made of aluminum alloy profile. The fixed
parts and decorations are treated by anodizing, which are beautiful
and generous.
6. The frame at the top of the dock shelter is tilted to facilitate
drainage.
7. The top curtain is fastened with elastic wind belt to fix its
position. The composites are filled at the main edges of the
vertical and top curtains to achieve tight sealing.
8. The surface material has the characteristics of flame retardant
and fire prevention.
9. A steel protective device has been added to protect the dock
shelter from collision from loading, thereby, maintenance can be
reduced.
10. The dock shelter can be designed into a variety of
