Structure: Conductor, XLPE insulation, filling, PVC inner sheath, steel wire armor, PVC outer sheath

Voltage: 0.6/1kV

Adopt standard: GB/T 12706-2008 rated voltage 1kV (Um=1.2kV) to 35kV (Um=40.5kV) extruded insulated power cable and accessories

Use characteristics:

1) The maximum rated temperature of the cable conductor is 70℃ for PVC insulation, and 90℃ for XLPE or EPR, HEPR insulation;

2) The maximum temperature of the cable conductor during a short circuit (up to 5s) is not more than 160℃ for PVC insulation, and not more than 250℃ for XLPE or EPR, HEPR insulation;

3) The ambient temperature during cable laying is not less than 0℃. If it is laid below 0℃, the cable should be preheated. The cable bending radius is: single-core cable not less than 20 times the outer diameter, and multi-core cable not less than the cable outer diameter. 15 times of

4) When the rated voltage is greater than 6kV, the outer shield should be peeled off by about 100mm and cleaned up to prevent the semi-conductive shielding layer from discharging along the surface of the conductive core and causing breakdown, causing insulation burnout and unnecessary accident;

5) In the process of laying facilities, prevent water and moisture from entering the cable core to prevent rust and discharge, which will affect the service life of the cable.
