Single-layer Double-sided Lawn Monofilament Double Twister Machine
Product Description:
1. The double twisting spindle of this machine is driven by
vertical AC motor and controlled by frequency conversion.
2. Through the synchronous belt drive, the purpose of one rotation
and two twists can be achieved, and the direction of double twist
(S or Z twist) can be changed by changing the direction of the
motor.
3. The ingot is large (φ330mm), the diameter of the raw wire can
reach φ300mm, the weight can reach 7Kg, the output is high, and the
energy consumption is small.
4. The completion of the winding forming action is that two sets of
traverse cam boxes drive two rows of thread guides respectively.
The traverse box is driven by the motor through the synchronous
pulley and the synchronous belt. The cam drive drives the slider to
reciprocate and is controlled by the frequency conversion alone. ,
the inverter can set the winding frequency to prevent overlapping,
so that it can be directly made into a cylindrical plane bobbin.
5. The overfeeding roller adopts separate frequency conversion
speed regulation.
6. The whole machine is flexibly driven by the motor through the
synchronous belt, with low noise and vibration, and the adjustment
process is convenient.
