Fully Automatic Horizontal Corn Starch Process Peeler Centrifuge centrifugal separator machine
Brief introduction
PPCS siphon centrifuge is a new type of product that is developed
on the basis of the ordinary peeler centrifuge. Based on the siphon
principle, this product discharges the filtrate out via a siphoning
device or skimming device. The filtering impetus can be changed by
adjusting the liquid level at the suction inlet of the siphon pipe
(skimming pipe) to further regulate the filtering rate, handling
capacity, cake moisture and washing effect. A back-flushing device
is configured to realize regeneration of the filter cloth and
improve the separation effect. With back-flush, scouring, siphoning
and other functions by configuring special devices, the filter
cloth can be regenerated completely.
Main Characteristics
1.Comparing with common horizontal centrifuges with the same
specification,the production capacity can be raised by 40% to 60%
and the moisture content of filter cake is lower.
2.Changing the position of siphon pipe port can regulate the filer
speed,thus,different filter speed can be realized during different
process as feeding separation,filtering,washing and dehydration.The
centrifuge will be always under best working condition and the
equipment operates stably and the vibration and noise are rather
low.
3.When tge scraper is finished,the regenerate and resuspension the
filter cake,bake flush and remove the left filter cake.
4.The automatic residual cakes removing device is optional(have
owned the national patent)
