Description Of The Temperature Sensor Resistor
There are three main types of coffee machines in the market
currently. Drip coffee machine, siphon coffee machine, pressure
type coffee machine.
Most of the three types of coffee machines have a limited
temperature range, which automatically disconnects the switch, and
the amount of coffee is either fixed, and not required people to
hold the switch.
This requires a coffee machine that can automatically control the
temperature. Therefore, the temperature sensor must be installed on
the coffee machine.
The temperature sensor of the coffee machine is changed by the resistance of the NTC thermistor with the ambient temperature or the heat from the current.
That is under certain measurement power, the resistance value decreases rapidly with the temperature rise.
This characteristic is used to determine the corresponding temperature by measuring the resistance of NTC thermistor to achieve the purpose of detecting and controlling temperature. The flow chart of temperature control is as picture

Material of metal case is the same as that of detected object for more accurate temperature detection, and the shortest response time is around 1 second. Sensor contacts beverage directly to detect temperature, and food grade metal is used for user’s heatlh.
Application Of The Temperature Sensor Resistor
The sensor is mostly adopted by coffee maker, soy milk maker, electric water heater, milk warmer, etc. In addition, the sensor is generally installed in either beverage warmer or hot water boiler, and it can be put into beverage for direct temperature detection.

Product Application Conditions Of The Temperature Sensor Resistor
1 Maximum service temperature and maximum power in application
should not exceeds specification listed in Product Specification;
2 Much be handled with care when moving and installing the product;
3 Product should not be used when deformed or rusty casing is
observed on product;
4 Product should not be used when broken housing ,or excessive
deformation on housing is observed;
5 Avoid excessive temperature fluctuation when operating the
product in its operational temperature range;
6 Do not apply excessive shock and vibration on product;
7 Do not pull or bend the lead wire excessively;
8 Do not use in any ambient with corrosiven gas (CO2,NH3,Sox,Nox);
Do not use in any ambient with electrolytic solution with
brine,acid,alkaline and organic
9 Do not use in environment with water.high moisture,and high
corrosive solution;
10 Current throught NTC element will cause self-heating,and may
affect the measurement;
11 This product belongs to surface appressed type sensor
temperature, when using, need to make bottom plane fully and
heating;
