1. Machine frame
- After artificial annealing and aging treatment, long-term use
stability is good.
- Through the overall precision machining of the large gantry

2. Main work units
- Front side: 2 drilling units with 12 horizontal drill heads and 12
vertical drill heads, 1pc 9KW ATC spindle.
- Back side: 1 drilling unit with 9 vertical drill heads, 2pcs 6KW
spindle.
- Min drilling work piece: 120*30mm.
- Slotting motor press panel is equipped with linear rail and
synchronization, improving pressing stability.
- The lower drilling package has an independent air cushion table to
ensure the accuracy of the lower drilling.
- Super large pressure-stabilized gas storage tank makes the working
pressure stabler. Intelligent side alignment system to check panel
width.
- Intelligent measurement detector for panel length.
3. Transmission and core components:
- It adopts precision gear rack transmission. The rack precision is
DIN6, and it is ground by a precision grinder. High precision, no
special refueling and maintenance are required.
- CNC drill package is HOLD brand, and it also adopts high-grade
grinding gear transmission with high accuracy.
- Two clamp hands are controlled by Servo for accurate positioning.
When the gripper moves quickly, the lower gripper plate sinks to
avoid touching the panel. Clamps are equipped with blowing
function, which can blow off the dust on the gripper and avoid
scratching the panel.

- Automatic size identification, docking order design software,
displaying the information of the thickness of the four-sided
edges, are convenient for placing panel.
- Supporting simulation function, it can check the processing action
in advance to avoid wrong processing.
- Big data analysis, it counts the processing times of each boring
head up to the set use times, and prompts to change the boring
head.
- Processing statistics function: statistics of the QR code
information of each panel, processing start time, end time, time
spent, and the time interval for placing panels to facilitate
employee performance management.
- The processed and waiting-to-processing files are displayed
separately, which is convenient to check whether the processing
panel is missing.
- Multi-axis NC system, multi-channel technology. Scanning and
processing simultaneously to line up panels waiting for processing,
it reduces the time for scanning codes. At the same time, the
discharging and processing control adopts multi-channel control
technology, so the clamp will return to the receiving position for
catching new panel once processed panel discharged. The network
realizes remote service, remote update, backup, and bus
communication technology, which can provide various alarm
information more conveniently and in detail, and better connect to
the alarm interface of the MES system.
