For Material Sourcing
1. Solar Cell: FINERGY only choose mono PERC solar cells with
uniform dark blue color which is only 20% of mass production.
2. Backsheet: FINERGY only source from Jolywood and 3M who're the
top supplier of black backsheet. Both the quality and color are
perfect.
3. Aluminum Frames: FINERGY only source from the fixed supplier
with qualified anodized aluminum frame in uniform black color.
For Manufacturing Control
1. There're 3 channels of EL inspections on automatic production
line to ensure the internal quality.
2. FINERGY QC team takes 4 times visual inspections on color
matching from solar cells to after lamination. No color mixed solar
panel is allowed to send to customers.
3. The frames installation is completed by robots to eliminate
scratches on surface.
