Customer questions & answers
Question: How do i reconnect the bulbs. For some reasonthey wont pop up on my app.
Answer: As long as you have the bluetooth connected, the bulbs will be connected. Unfortunately, they don't sync together properly. I found it helpful to hit the power button on and off until they connect. Works for me that way
Question: How to connect the bulbs with Alexa?
Answer: Turn your light off, put the light in the socket, make sure alexa is turned on, turn light on, tell alexa to detect devices, use the alexa app to control the light. After this aircraft will turn the light on and off and change the colors, but I suggest using the smart life app alongside it to get the full experience.
Question: Can i set a certain temperature and save it as a preset via Alexa?
Answer:Dear customer, alexa has 6 preset white color temperature: warm white, soft white, white, daylight white, cool white. You can control light bulb within these 6 color temperature in Alexa. Thanks.
Question: Do these truly go down to 2000k (warm setting). The description says so, but one of the images shows 2700.
Answer: It should be 2700K.
