Product Usage
Empty food can used to pack
biscuit,cookies,honey/candy,cashew,chocolate,seaweed and protein
powder etc. It is portable, convenient, sanitary. So it is wide

The empty tin can will pass several processes to ensure the empty
can will be seamless, anti-leakage, stainless.
After wilder process, the side seam of the empty can will be
coated. Then the empty can will be dried for the first time.
After that, the empty can will pass necking,flanging, rolling and
sealing process. The internal of the empty can will be full blasted
to ensure it will be anticorrosive.
Then the empty can will be dried for the second time. After dried
process, all the cans will be inspected.
Manufacturing Process
1. Product briefing to ensure all heads of department know client’s
expectations, specially requests and a strict production timetable.
2.Prepare the materials by cutting coil into machine-fit-size
tinplate sheets.
3.Design department to confirm and prepare artwork. And Do a mock-up first.
4.Printed metal sheets will be slit into different sizes as per product dimension. Slit sheets are ready to be made into fancy cans.

necking & flanging & rolling & sealing & checking
& blasting & drying & packaging etc processes.
