This machine is suitable for non-bottom or bottom-loaded heat
shrink packaging of various bottles such as cans, mineral water,
beer, glass bottles, beverages, cartons, etc.
The automatic film laminating machine only needs to place the
product manually, and the machine automatically completes a series
of actions of pushing, sealing and shrinking packaging, which
greatly reduces labor intensity and improves work efficiency.
This machine adopts alloy cutting blade, Teflon is coated on the outside of the blade, non-stick knife, and the sealing and cutting effect is good.
The sealing knife adopts the United States DuPont Teflon coating
anti-sticking and high-temperature aluminum alloy knife, and the
sealing will not crack, coke, smoke and zero pollution.
The thermostat adopts a digital display thermostat with built-in
PID function. The temperature of the sealing knife is sensitive and
can be set at will.
Automatic feeding, sealing and cutting length can be automatically
adjusted by the combination of photoelectric sensor and timer. The
sealing knife itself also has an automatic protection function,
which can effectively cut the package by mistake.
The whole set of machines realizes the unmanned operation
connection with the production line.
Adopting turbine scroll reducer, stable and no jitter during
feeding and film feeding.
Use original imported electrical components to reduce failures
during use.
Imported relays such as OMRON are used to realize the integration
of machine, electricity and gas.
