The three station one-step injection blow molding machine developed
by Dawson engineer team includes a frame, an injection device
arranged on the upper part of the rear side of the frame, a table
panel arranged on the upper part of the front side of the frame, a
guide column fixed on the table panel, a turntable seat movably
arranged on the guide column up and down, a lifting mechanism
connected with the turntable seat and used to drive it up and down,
and rotates the turntable arranged on the turntable seat, A power
mechanism connected with the rotary table and used to drive its
rotation. The rotary table is provided with three mold stations
along the circumferential direction: injection temperature
regulating mold, stretching blow mold and product take-out mold.
The rotary table is respectively equipped with three groups of core
rods on the three mold stations, and the table panel is provided
with injection temperature regulating mold components, blow mold
components. The blow mold components are left and right mold
opening and closing structures, A product conveying mechanism for
conveying products is set below the product stripping station of
the rotary table. The injection blow moulding machine developed by
us shortens the product forming cycle and reduces energy
consumption; The product has no splicing, high strength at the bottom, uniform wall thickness
and high precision of mouth size; There is no corner scrap or
flash, and the seam line of the product can hardly be seen;
