Die Head——Key Part of Extrusion Blow Molding Machine
Die head, plays a very important role in extrusion blow molding
process. The resin melted by the screw & barrel, go through the
die head, then come out as a tubular parison. We can adjust the
thickness of the parison for different products application by
adjusting the screw on the die head, or using parison controling
system, adjust in the parison touch screen, it will control the
flow of parison through the die head. The clamping system pick up
the parison come out from the die heads, after enough time forming
and cooling, we can get the finished products.
There are several ways to define the die heads. We can define by processing method, they are continuous type and accumulator type, generally accumulator die head is single head, continuous type die head can be 1/2/3/4, etc.
We also can define according to number of head, there are single die head and multi die head, we have 2/3/4/6/8/10/12 heads for different product application. And we also can divide the die heads by layer number, there are die head for monolayer and die head for multi-layer.
