Precautions During Use

1 According to different test needs, select the appropriate sampling vessel. If you have any questions, please contact the laboratory staff at any time.

2.The sample number must be pasted on the sampling vessel, which is the same as the number on the test sheet. It should be pasted on the paper label of the blood vessel, not on the glass, in case of falling off.

3. During blood collection, the patient should relax with a warm environment to prevent venous contracture, and the tourniquet should not be tied for too long (some scholars believe that tourniquet should not be used as far as possible), observe whether the blood collection is successful, and prohibit flapping the arm, otherwise local blood concentration or coagulation system can be activated.

4. The recommended sequence of blood collection is non-anticoagulant tube (serum tube)→ separation gel/coagulant stimulant tube → heparin /EDTA tube → coagulation vessel → erythrocyte sedimentation tube. The main reason is that the first tube often contains tissue fluid, easy to cause coagulation, not suitable for blood coagulation determination; Furthermore, to avoid the contamination of serum tubes by anticoagulants.

5. After blood collection, roll the blood samples according to different inspection categories (biochemical, immunological, routine, coagulation, erythrocyte sedimentation rate) with the test sheet and classify them into different categories. All blood samples should not be mixed and rolled together to avoid confusion in operation.

6 The ratio of blood and anticoagulant must be accurate, and the amount of blood collected should meet the requirements.

7 After blood collection, gently invert the test tube and mix for 8-10 times, but do not shake violently. Samples should be placed vertically after blood collection.
