This battery isolators are small and suitable for almost anywhere,
for ATV, UTV, Boats, RV's,marine vehicle, truck, caravan.
Working Principle of Monitoring Mini Voltage Sensitive VSR Relay Dual Battery Controller Isolator 12V 50AMP
When the VSR connection and disconnecting the auxiliary battery and the starting battery engine according to the current charging level, when the battery starts at 13.2 volts, the VSR will start after 15 seconds, and the LED light is on. This means that both batteries are connected and the system is running. Once the vehicle system is turned off, two batteries will be disconnected at 12.8 volts after 15 seconds, allowing your main battery to restart the safety of the main battery.
Installation of Monitoring Mini Voltage Sensitive VSR Relay Dual Battery Controller Isolator 12V 50AMP
1. Connect the (+) positive wire from the Start Battery to the terminal on the VSR marked Main. 2. Connect the (+) positive wire going to the Auxiliary Battery's positive terminal to the other terminal on the VSR. 3. Connect the thin black earth wire to either the vehicle chassis or the Start Battery's negative terminal. 4. Secure the VSR in place. IMPORTANTNOTES It is recommended that a 50 Amp fuse is installed between the Starter Battery and the VSR. The negative wire will run from the Starter Battery terminal through to the Auxiliary Battery either directly or via the vehicles chassis. There is a delay built in to the VSR which means it can take up to 15 seconds for the VSR to connect or disconnect. The VSR has a light built in which will illuminate when the VSR is engaged (both batteries are connected). If the VSR does not disconnect when you switch the vehicles engine off try turning your high beam lights on for a few minutes
Application of RV Dual Battery VSR Voltage Sensitive Relay Marine ACR Automatic Charging 125A Camper Split Charger Relay
Suitable for ATV/UTV, Fit for Car Pioneer 1000 SxS Polaris Ranger
Polaris RZR.
After the engine runs for 15 seconds, the VSR starts when the
starter battery reaches 13.2 volts, and the LED lights up. After
shutting down the vehicle, the system will disconnect both
batteries when it reaches 12.8 volts after 15 seconds, allowing
your main battery to restart safely.
Lightweight and designed for load fluctuations in utv or motorcycle
stators. The maximum operating current is 50A at 12V continuous
load, and the peak current at 12V is 70A for 15 seconds.
