Main equipment description:
Automatic flexo printing slotting die-cutting machine. It includes
feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit and rotary die-cutting
unit and stacker unit.
The drivec gears are hardened and ground. Hardness >HRC60.
All rolling shafts are plated with chromium to enhance hardness.
PLC with touch screen multifunction control, repeat order store and
auto reset system after cleaning.
Feeding unit:
Counting device installed.
Variable frequency control of the main electromotor.
Special fan sufficiently eliminates the dust and scraps on the
surface of the board to improve the printing quality.
Wind absorbing auxiliary paperboard feeding.
Printing unit:
The phase is 360 degree adjusted by electric planet gears. Keyless
junction and foot-operated on-off make the plate loading and
unloading convenient.
