Q1: Do you provide a range of stocks for sale?
A: No, all our products are customized according to our customers’ requirements. We do not have any standard products available
for sale.

Q2: What information should I provide in order to get a quotation?
A:
1. Product reference pictures
2. Product size
3. Product material
4. Product printing color, surface finishing
5. Quantity
In order to get an accurate quotation(competitive price), it would be better if you could provide the design with details or
previous similar products for our reference.

Q3: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Generally, our MOQ is 500pcs. However, for some occasions, we accept orders which are less than our MOQ. But the less you
order, the higher the price will be.

Q4: How can I get samples for quality confirmation?
A: Once did the quotation confirm, you could require samples for design confirmation and quality confirmation. For blank samples,
we only charge the REASONALBE express shipping cost.
While, for the printed REAL samples, we charge $100-$200/item to cover the fixed costs for material, printing and handwork. Some
of the above costs can be redeemed in the bulk production.

Q5: What file format is suitable for printing?
A: AI, CDR, PSD, PDF are accepted. Resolution of the design file requires no less than 300 DPI. The higher, the better.

Q6: What is the lead-time for samples and mass production?
A: Digital sample 1 workday, real sample 5-7 workdays.
Mass production 10-25 workdays. However, it depends on the material lead-time, order quantity, production processes complexity,
and other practical factors.

Q7: How do I pay for the order?
A: For new customers, we propose a 30% deposit before mass production; the balance before product delivery.

Q8: How to ship the cargo?
A:1. By Sea 2. By Air 3. By Express (DHL, TNT, Fedex, SF, UPS, etc.)
