Silicon carbide tube bundle block
SiC tube bundle block is an integrated SiC tube bundle heat
exchanger composed of SiC baffle plate, tube plate and SiC heat
exchange tube by high temperature diffusion welding.
Typical applications
Tube bundle heat exchangers under high temperature and high
pressure corrosion of strong acid and strong alkali.
Application industries: fine chemical industry, pharmaceutical
industry, environmental protection engineering.

Silicon Carbide Bunched Block Heat Transfer Tube Dimensions are
customizable, usually OD8-ID6mm.
Silicon Carbide Tube Bunches are spaced 2-4mm apart.
Silicon carbide bundle block has comprehensive corrosion resistance
properties, can be used in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid,
sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and a variety of mixed acids, life
is much longer than graphite and metal materials.
Silicon carbide tube bundle block can withstand water pressure of
30BAR and temperature of 300℃ or more.
The heat transfer efficiency of CORESIC ® SP tube bundle heat
exchanger is more than 2 times that of general tube or block hole
heat exchanger.
Silicon Carbide Tube Bunches are factory tested for size, water
pressure resistance and surface fluorescence penetration.
Specifications
At present, the maximum diameter of tube bundle block can reach
200mm, and the height can be 500mm.
The shape and sealing of the baffle are customized according to
customer drawings.
