The S551 Portable Data Logger for compressed air efficiency monitoring is the ideal data logger for energy analysis (ISO 50001) and air audits (ISO 11011) on site.
On-site Logging
The ultraportable and robust design helps to perform measurement
tasks and audits on site. The high resolution 5" color touch screen
interface makes the operation as simple as possible. To prevent
data loss during power glitches and cuts, the backup battery
ensures continuous data logging at the point-of-use.
Plug & Play Solution
The S551 Portable Data Logger is an easy to use and time-effective
solution. With a few settings, the data logger is ready for
operations with virtually unlimited memory size. No time-consuming
configuration and programming are required. Just connect the sensor
and start the recording. SUTO intelligent sensors are detected
automatically on power-up.
Versatile Connections and Sensor Inputs
All sensors for required measurement tasks (air flow, air
consumption, power consumption, pressure, temperature and many
more) can be easily connected. The S551 provides up to 24 inputs
through extension boxes and Modbus. Third-party sensors can also be
connected in a few minutes.
Optional 4G/LTE Remote Connection
By integrating a USB port for 4G dongle connection outside
S551casing, the portable data logger can be easily connected to the
S4A Software and monitored remotely. This eliminates the need for a
Wi-Fi connection.
The USB 4G dongle is an optional feature. It can be ordered
together with S551, but also upgraded later. To make use of this
new feature, a SIM card is required.
Remote Data Analysis
The S551 is capable of sending measurement data and status
information to a remote server through the Internet. This allows
users to monitor the system remotely.
