Footprint casting frame

Purpose

Four long plastic strips are inserted together to form a rectangular frame. Place the frame around the footprint and pour gypsum on the footprint. The liquid gypsum will be controlled within the frame. Later, the gypsum will solidify into a neat rectangular footprint model. Easy to carry and store.

Specifications

Method of use

A. There are two nicks at each end of the long plastic strip, and one nick at each end of the short plastic strip.

B. The insertion of the nicks of the short plastic strip with the outer nicks of the long plastic strip can form a large frame for the large footprint.

C. The insertion of the nicks of the short plastic strip with the inner nicks of the long plastic strip can form a small frame for the small footprint.

D. Enclose the footprint with the assembled frame, and fill the gap between the ground and the lower edge of the frame with soil to prevent the gypsum from flowing out.

E. Pour the gypsum and wait for it to solidify.

F. Lift the frame and the gypsum model together, unfasten the connection of the long and short plastic strips to separate the gypsum model from the casting frame.
