Pink 5mm Round Anti-Static EPE Foam Is Suitable For Wafer Jar
The anti-static foam protects the surface of the wafer from being
damaged by static electricity to the greatest extent, and also
plays a large buffer role between the wafers. It is suitable for
all kinds of transportation and transfer. It is easy to use and
reusable after opening the lid, and it is an economical and
practical way of loading
EPE foams are low density, semi-rigid, closed cell foam that are
generally somewhere in stiffness/compliance between Expanded
polystyrene and Polyurethane,Base polymer for EPE foams range from
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) to High-density polyethylene
(HDPE).
EPE foam can be used for the protection of wafer and
silicon,Highest level of protection against damage when used
together with the Wafer jar and foam liner.
Pink Foams both are anti static PE Foam with perfect shockproof
ability and no odor. As the ESD packing foam sheets, It can be made
into various foam sheets as requirements,widely use in the packing
of ESD or Anti Static sensitive components.
