Fully Automatic Rigid Gift Cardboard Box Making Machine for Cosmetic Box Gift Box & Wine Box
This machine has 4 main section.Including paper feeding&gluing,coner pasting paper & cardboard box positioning,box forming.
1. Feeder&Gluing part(paper gluing):Separate the paper into individual sheets and apply the glue evenly and covering the paper
After passing through the gluing section, the gluing paper is transported to the box setting section by the conveyor belt.
2. Positioning part(box positioning):Grab the box by robotic arm, and position it on the glued paper by camera.
3. Forming part(box forming):Finish wrapping four sides and air pressing of box after positioning, and finally move
the finished boxes out of the production line from both sides of the machine.

1. Full cover, bullet train type cover, anti dust, low noise, able
to control the temperature by built-in air conditioner.
2. High Speed, Suitable for big orders. especially for the orders
which are more than 50,000 pcs at one time for the same size,because one line can make around 14000 pcs/ day. Better service for long-term and stable orders
3. Dual-forming stations, box forming has divided into two forming
stations, increasing whole line working speed.
