LS-F7 intelligent top and bottom cover box making machine is used to wrap cover paper on pasted boxes. When we get the new box, install the box mold on the machine and enter its data on the LS-F7 touch screen. Width, height, cover paper width, upper mold height, middle mold height, folding knife thickness, and then press the calculation, the machine will automatically return to the original position and move to the set position. OK, the machine can start working, the whole process It takes 8 minutes. This machine can complete hemming, hemming (folding length ≤ 100mm), hemming and air pressure at one time. No need to replace the air pressure plate or folding blade. The air pressure structure is divided into two layers, and the time it takes for the whole machine to complete one box is about 3 seconds. It is an ideal equipment for small and variable orders.
