Product Features:
CCD color sorter is a high-tech product that integrates optics,
machinery, electronics, and pneumatics, and has the function of
secondary sorting. The basic working principle of the color sorter
is to feed the material through the feeder, allowing the material
to pass uniformly through the viewing point. The CCD camera
captures the color and shape information of the material and sends
the data to the data processing unit for image processing and
threshold selection. Finally, the defective materials are rejected
by high-frequency electromagnetic valves.
This product uses high-speed and high-sensitivity linear CCD as the
sensor for material color and shape. It adopts a SOC-based platform
architecture, which, compared to the DSP platform, increases the
CPU frequency by 5 times and improves the output processing
capacity by 4 times. This achieves stable and reliable,
ultra-high-speed massive data processing. As a result, this product
outperforms similar color sorters in terms of minimum resolution,
