About air spring
When the air spring works, the inner cavity is filled with compressed air to form a compressed air column. With the increase of vibration load, the height of the spring decreases, the volume of the cavity decreases, the stiffness of the spring increases, the effective carrying area of the air column in the cavity increases, and the carrying capacity of the spring increases.
When the vibration load decreases, the height of the spring
increases, the volume of the cavity increases, the stiffness of the
spring decreases, the effective carrying area of the air column in
the cavity decreases, and the carrying capacity of the spring
decreases.
In this way, the air spring in the effective stroke, the air spring
height, cavity volume, carrying capacity with the increase and
decrease of vibration load occurred a smooth flexible transmission,
amplitude and vibration load efficient control. You can also use
the method of increasing and reducing air capacity to adjust the
stiffness and bearing capacity of the spring, and can also be
