The cycloidal pinwheel reducer is a novel transmission device that
applies the principle of planetary transmission and adopts the
meshing of cycloid pin teeth. The entire transmission device of the
cycloid reducer can be divided into three parts: the input part,
the deceleration part, and the output part. A double eccentric
sleeve with a dislocation of 180° is installed on the input shaft,
and two roller bearings called swing arms are installed on the
eccentric sleeve to form the H mechanism and the center hole of the
two cycloidal wheels is the upper swing arm bearing of the
eccentric sleeve The raceway, and the cycloidal wheel meshes with a
group of annularly arranged needle teeth on the needle gear to form
an internal meshing deceleration mechanism with a tooth difference

Conditions of Use
1. The cycloidal pinwheel reducer is allowed to be used in the
occasion of continuous working system, and it is allowed to run in
both forward and reverse directions at the same time. Some models
of cycloid reducer only allow one-way rotation. 2. The rated speed
of the input shaft is 1500 rpm. When the input power is greater
than 18.5 kW, it is recommended to use a 960 rpm 6-pole motor. 3.
The working position of the horizontally installed cycloid reducer
is the horizontal position. The maximum horizontal inclination
angle during installation is generally less than 15°. When it
exceeds 15°, other measures should be taken to ensure sufficient
lubrication and prevent oil leakage. 4. The output shaft of the
cycloid reducer cannot be subjected to large axial force and radial
force, and other measures must be taken when there is a large axial
force and radial force.
lubricating
1. The horizontal cycloid reducer is lubricated by oil pool under
normal conditions, and the oil level can be kept in the middle of
the oil window. When the working conditions are harsh and the
ambient temperature is high, circulating lubrication can be used.
2. The cycloid reducer is generally lubricated with 40# or 50#
mechanical oil at room temperature. In order to improve the
performance of the reducer and prolong the service life of the
cycloid reducer, it is recommended to use 70# or 90# extreme
pressure gears Oil, lubricating oil should also be reconsidered
when working in high and low temperature conditions. 3. The
vertical installation of the planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer
should strictly prevent the oil pump from being cut off to avoid
damage to the parts of the reducer.
4. When refueling, you can unscrew the ventilation cap on the upper
part of the base to refuel. When draining oil, unscrew the drain
plug at the bottom of the base to drain the dirty oil. The reducer
is shipped without lubricating oil inside.
5. After the first refueling operation for 100 hours, the new oil
should be replaced, (and the internal dirty oil should be washed
clean) and then continue to work, and it should be replaced every
six months (8-hour working system). If the working conditions are
bad, the oil change time can be shortened appropriately. Practice
has proved that frequent cleaning and oil change of the reducer
(such as 3-6 months) plays an important role in prolonging the
service life of the reducer. Lubricating oil should be replenished
frequently during use.
6. The factory reducer has been lubricated and replaced every six
months. The grease adopts aluminum disulfide-2# or 2L-2#
lithium-based lubricating grease.
Install
1. When installing couplings, pulleys, sprockets and other
connecting parts on the output shaft of the cycloid reducer, the
direct hammering method is not allowed, because the output shaft
structure of the reducer cannot withstand the axial hammering
force. The coupling can be pressed into the coupling by screwing
the screw in the threaded hole of the shaft end.
2. The shaft diameter of the output shaft and the input shaft
should be matched with GB1568-79.
3. The lifting ring screws on the reducer are only used for lifting
the reducer.
4. When installing the reducer on the foundation, the elevation of
the installation center line of the reducer, the levelness and the
related dimensions of the connected parts should be calibrated. The
concentricity of the alignment shaft should not exceed the range
allowed by the coupling.
5. When calibrating the reducer, it can be done with steel pads or
cast iron pads. The height of the pads does not exceed three, and
it can also be done with wedge iron, but after the reducer is
calibrated, it should be replaced with a flat pad.
6. The configuration of the pads should avoid causing the
deformation of the body, and should be arranged symmetrically on
both sides of the foundation bolts, and the distance from each
other can be enough to make the water slurry flow freely during
irrigation.
7. The irrigation of cement slurry should be dense, and there
should be no air bubbles, voids and other defects.
