■ Technical Process
The dissolved gas tank produces dissolved gas water, and the dissolved gas water is released to 5 cubic meters of water to be treated by the decompression of the release device. The air dissolved in the water is released from the water to form tiny bubbles of 20-40um, which combine with the suspended matter in the sewage to make the specific gravity of the suspended matter less than water, and gradually float to the water surface to form scum. There is a scraper system on the water surface to scrape the scum into the sludge tank. The clean water enters the clean pool from the bottom through the overflow tank.
■ Main Features
Air flotation is a dissolved air system that generates a large number of fine bubbles in the water, so that the air adheres to the suspended particles in the form of highly dispersed tiny bubbles, resulting in a state where the density is less than that of water. The principle of buoyancy is used to make it float on the water surface to achieve solid- Liquid separation water treatment equipment. Air flotation is divided into super-effect shallow air flotation, vortex-concave air flotation, and advection air flotation. At present, it has applications in water supply, industrial wastewater and urban sewage treatment. The advantages of air flotation are its solid-liquid separation equipment has the characteristics of low investment, small floor space, high degree of automation, and convenient operation and management.
Combustion process and brief description:
The waste is manually put into the primary combustion chamber of
the furnace body, and the automatic temperature control starts the
primary combustion. According to the principle of combustion three
T (temperature, time, vortex), it is fully oxidized, pyrolyzed and
burned in the furnace body combustion chamber. The flue gas
produced by incineration enters the second combustion chamber, and
the unburned harmful substances in the flue gas are further
destroyed in the second combustion chamber. In order to completely
decompose the unburned embers and meet the emission requirements,
the second combustion chamber is equipped with a burner to assist
combustion, and is equipped with a unique secondary air supply
device to ensure that the flue gas is in full contact with oxygen
at high temperatures, and at the same time to ensure that the flue
gas is in the second combustion chamber. The residence time of the
combustion chamber is adjusted according to the oxygen content of
the flue gas at the outlet of the second combustion chamber. The
temperature in the second combustion chamber is controlled and the
larger particles are removed by the dust collector, so that the
incineration efficiency and destruction removal rate can reach more
than 99%, so that it can achieve the effect of no odor, no odor and
smoke, and reach the national emission standard. It enters the
chimney and is discharged into the atmosphere, and the ashes
produced after combustion are manually taken out, screened,
transferred and buried.
