Working principle
The screw conveyor mainly relies on the driving device to provide
power. The coupling is used to connect the screw bearing for
movement. The screw blade rotates with the bearing. The material
generates driving force with the casing and screw blade by friction
and moves forward along the bottom of the screw conveyor. With the
continuous entry of materials, the incoming materials will generate
a certain thrust, which greatly reduces the power consumption of
the screw conveyor during operation.
