Product Details
PE composite insulation tube is widely used for air Condition copper connecting Tubing, heat preservation of hot or cold water pipeline. It is three-layer structure, the inner layer is LDPE foam insulation, middle layer is PEF, XPE or IXPE foam of anti-aging and UV resistance, surface layer is laminated with PE plastic film embossed .we can produce single tube and Twin-tube. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and long service life.
EPE Foam is composed of an infinite number of independent bubbles through the physical foaming of low density polyethylene. It overcomes the shortcoming of ordinary foaming glue such as fragile, deformed and restitution. EPE foam has advantages as Waterproof, shockproof, sound insulation, heat preservation, good plasticity, toughness, recycling, environmental protection, strong impact force etc., it also has the very good chemical resistance.
