Aplication

1. How do I pair the wireless earbuds to my device ?

a. Fully charge the earbuds in the charging case using the micro USB cable before first use.
b. Remove the earbuds from the case, then press and hold the multi-function buttons on each earbud simultaneously until the LED lights flash red and blue to enter them into pairing mode.
c. Make sure the Bluetooth connectivity on your device is turned on.
d. Go to settings, search for the Bluetooth device named ‘ G9 mini ’ and connect. Once your earbuds are fully connected you will hear ‘your device is connected ’ and they will flash blue.

2. How do you charge the wireless earbuds ?

To charge the earbuds, place them into the charging case and press the power button on the front of the case. If you’re placing them back into the case to be charged after usage, hold down the multi-function buttons to turn off the earbuds first.

3. How long does it take to fully charge the earbuds ?

To get a full charge out of your earbuds these require around 2 hours charge time.

4. How do I know when my earbuds are fully charged ?

When connected a battery bar will show in the top right corner of your phone by the side of your normal battery bar. This will turn red and notify you via voice when your battery is running low.

5. How long should my earbuds battery last ?

When fully charged your earbuds should give you around 3 hours wireless playback time.

6. Can I answer calls with the wireless earbuds in ?

Yes you can. However please note that these are not compatible with FaceTime.

7. Why is the charging case flashing red when plugged into a power source ?

The charging case will flash red whilst plugged in and charging your earbuds. Once fully charged the light will stop flashing and stay solid red.
