Spray Tower Scrubber is a new type of gas purification equipment.
It is produced on the basis of floating packing layers gas. It is
widely used in industrial waste gas purification, dust removal and
other aspects.
The acid mist scrubber uses the contact between gas and liquid to
transfer the pollutants in the gas to,and then separates the clean
gas from the polluted liquid to achieve the purpose of cleaning the
air. The waste filled acid mist scrubber is treated by gas-liquid
reverse absorption, that is, the liquid is sprayed from the top of
the tower to the bottom with small droplets of mist,and the waste
gas flows up from the bottom of the tower to achieve the purpose of
gas-liquid contact. This method can cool the waste gas, absorb the
waste gas and remove the particles. After being treated in the
demisting section, the air will be cleaned.
Acid mist Scrubber contains body, filling layer, demisting layer,
circulating liquor pipeline,and circulating water channel.
Structure and working principle
The industrial waste gas enters the washing tower and is in full
contact with the washing liquid in the tower to generate a
neutralization reaction to achieve the treatment purification
effect, effectively remove dust and other various gases, and
finally meet the discharge requirements.
