Dark eco solvent transfer paper is suitable for transferring image onto dark-colored cotton or cotton-mixed fabrics.It is printed with any solvent or eco solvent printers using eco solvent ink.

Usage Process PU based Dark Eco-solvent transfer paper:

1. Printer Mimaki JV33-130, inkload 3.5; Software Miantop
2. Open design on CorelDRAW X7 make cutting on GRAPHTEC plotter,
Speed:45cm/s, Thickness: 7
3. Peel the background paper off design get out the design
4. Use Transfer Mask get the design
5. Design face-up on garment for heat press; Press suggested at 165ºC(320F), 15s
6. Cold peel the transfer mask get garment ready
7. If you need soft touch feeling, can pull the fabric lightly.

Apply:

Nylon flexible process, and the transferred patterns are light and thin / soft / with strong stretching ability / not penetrating the bottom color of the fabric / not easy to tear;

PU heat transfer vinyl can be cut by a vinyl cutter to print name,number,logo and design on T-shirts,sports wear and other garments by a heat press machine.Its soft hand,strong dhesiveness,excellent durability and washability are specially engineered for applying to T-shirts.

Eco solvent printable PU vinyl is created for transferring colorful designs onto cotton & polyester fabrics.
Printable Transfer Vinyl (HTV Roll) is made of PU material with good elasticity, reaching more than 95% rebound.
It can be applied to both light and dark color fabrics.
It applies at a high temperature and uses a high-pressure setting for application.
It can be peeled hot or cold and doesn't lift during weeding.
