Screen mesh must be wash to remove grease on its surface before make a screen.
It must be a smart, quick, confined space and high pressure automatic water spray screen mesh grease degreasing machine.
SME-4120S is used to decrease grease on screen mesh in screen producing process. Front and back side 2 water spray rods spray to clean the screen mesh grease.
Spray water pressure,spray time and spray rods moving speed can be
edited on PLC programme as needed. Water can be discharge or
recyclly used.
