Two Roll Mixing mill.-XK550
Used to mix Rubber, Silicone, Abrasives, and PVC compounds. Especially in rubber-processing, mills are built for different mixing processes.
1. As a open type two roller mixing mill, it consists of seat,
frame, roller, driving gear, lubricating device, cooling and
heating device, adjusting device of roller nip, safety brake, motor
and reducer, etc.
2. The roller, with smooth surface after polished,is made of
chilled cast iron. Steam and cooling water can be inputted in the
empty roller to adjust temperature of roller. Two rollers rotate
reversely with different speed, so that rubber materials are drawn
into the gap of the two rollers for processing.
Features
1. Roller: Made of chilled casting alloy and uniform thickness with good cooling effect.
2. Frame and cover: Made of steel casting or welded by steel plate, which have safety strength and high precision machinery.
3. Roller gap adjustment device: Options: manual or electric adjustment and gap display.
4. Reducer: fully-closed, hardened gear, forced lubrication, high safety factor, and less noise.
