The reserved port can be directly connected with robot to realize automatic injection and transfer printing. SHT-300 is suitable for thermal transfer printing of conical, square and oval barrels.
Wide range of heat transfer printing, can print 1-33L.

Machine features:

1. Intelligent CNC PLC control, intelligent storage of multiple sets of operating parameters. Touch screen display, man-machine interface design, easy to operate.

2. Special bucket swinging system, only need to input three numbers, automatic operation, foolproof debugging, suitable for zero basic personnel operation

3. Full servo control, heat transfer head operation, fixture movement and flower film front/back/left/right swing are all controlled by high-precision servo motors, effectively solving the wrinkle problem.

4. The cylinder printing position is controlled by high precision fiber optic, with automatic positioning function, to prevent the cylinder from not in place and break; can effectively control the rate of defective products.

5. The motion of flower film is controlled by CNC motor, and the tension of flower film is controlled by magnetic powder structure, which can keep the tension of flower film stable.

6. Heat transfer motion is controlled by high precision servo motor, servo electric cylinder module structure, upper and lower interface misalignment is less than +0.5mm, higher heat transfer precision, pressure value is fine-tuned by servo motor, convenient and efficient.

7. Input the square and round cylinder size, the rubber wheel and fixture automatically run the copying movement to keep the pressure consistent.
