• It is equipped with two escalators for storing a large number of caps and feeding the correct number of caps to the collator.
• Two bottle trimmers are used to guide the caps in the right direction and feed them into the printing machine.
• The cap printer is equipped with a three-color offset printing unit.
• Surface treatment with liquefied petroleum gas as standard before printing.
• 2 flame heads for efficient surface treatment.
• The fixture mandrel will be made according to the sample specifications provided by the customer and delivered with the machine.
• The Fusion UV system has an automatic temperature control and extraction system to avoid lamp overheating and maximize lamp efficiency.
• The system consists of a cap counter and print inspection system.
