5. Feeding Unit: which stacks and squares the incoming board before introducing it into the machine at the required speed
6. Flexographic Printing Units: multi-colors, one for each color required, cardboard transmit by a vacuum transfer device, more benefits for bend, wrap and thin cardboards.
7. Slotting Units: combined the function of crease and slotting together, which used to make cardboard into a fixed shape, two slotting unit structure can be choose, 8 axis structure with Pre-creasing, widen creasing, thin creasing, single shaft dual slotter knifes or dual shaft slotter knifes as optional.
8. Die-cutting Unit: Heavy duty die-cutter is an optional unit, which used to make any complex shape of carton, when make die-cutting boxes, a special horizontal conveyor might be required as an optional to deliver the die-cutting boxes out independently via stacker.

THE MAIN PARAMETERS:

VIBRATOR & AUTO STACKER

1. Vibrating shaft driven by independent motor. There are four vibrating points in shaft to fasten the vibrating frequency.
2. The cylindroids belts tie on the vibrating shaft was made of good-quality product with high elasticity, which also driven by independent motor, and can protect paperboard from damage.
3. Conveyor shaft engraved U-shape slot, which help to choose the right size of belts according to actual paperboard size. It can avoid damage caused by deflection.
4. Back end in cleaner part adopted air blower and brush devices, which also help to shake and sweep off them finally.
5. Tilting convey guidance with belts under cleaner part helps to convey off the scraps.
6. Pneumatically control of side striking (single side).
7. Side striking guide position is manually adjusted.
8. Backstop position is manually adjusted.
9. Stacking deck is driven by pneumatic device.
10. Stacking height pre-set is available.
11. Gantry type hydraulic lifting structure.
12. Protective safety device is adopted to avoid chain breakage.
13. Dual protective safety device is adopted to make sure the limit switch in normal service condition.
14. Flat conveyor belts are attached with tension adjusting device.
15. Strong friction belts to avoid sheet gliding when uploading.
16. Arm height is pneumatically controlled by the hand valve.
