piston cylinder on which a load is placed to make an equilibrium
with an
applied pressure underneath the piston.Deadweight testers are so called primary standards which means that
the pressure measured by a deadweight tester is defined through
other quantities; Length, mass and time.Typically deadweight testers are used in calibration laboratories
to calibrate pressure transfer standards like electronic pressure
measuring devices.

1. Fully comply with JJG59-2007 "Piston Pressure Gauge", JJG99-2006
"Weight" national metrological verification regulations, and use
the piston pressure gauge launched by our factory's 50-year core
technology.
2. The piston and piston cylinder are made of alloy steel, tungsten
carbide and other materials with high strength, high hardness and
low temperature coefficient of linear expansion. Piston pressure
gauges have extremely high sensitivity.
3. The piston and piston cylinder are finely ground, and their
roundness error and clearance are extremely small. The working
medium adopts low-viscosity sebacic acid, which greatly increases
the duration of the piston rotation, and correspondingly reduces
the piston descending speed and increases the speed of the piston.
Piston discrimination.
4. For the needs of verification work, the effective area of the
piston is relatively small, so the total weight of the weight is
relatively light, saving labor intensity.
5. The pallet is used for direct loading, which avoids additional
vertical force, reduces the center of gravity of the weight, and
correspondingly reduces the additional lateral error of the weight.
6. Make the piston rotate more smoothly.
7. The working position of the piston is monitored by a
displacement sensor, which has the advantages of being sensitive,
eye-catching and accurate.
The weights have been corrected for pressure deformation
coefficients and local gravitational accelerations.
8. When submitting for inspection, only the piston measuring system
is required for inspection, which is small in size and light in
weight.
