Particulate Filtration Efficiency Test Automated Filter tester

Particulate Filtration Efficiency (PFE) Tester is a new generation filter performance test Instrument. It can be widely used in the testing of particulate filtering efficiency of air filter materials and the filtering efficiency of masks and rawmaterials, and can also provide resistance performance testing of test samples.

Features of PFE filter tester

• Using dual photometer mode, the photometer has sheath gas protection function, fully protects the sensor and prolongs the service life
• Can carry out loading tests on oil substances (paraffin oil, DEHS, etc.) to accurately obtain the lowest loading efficiency
• Use Siemens micro differential pressure gauge to accurately measure sample resistance
• Use PLC and other intelligent controls, 10-inch embedded integrated touch screen, intelligent gateway, support remote software upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Using PCL+HMI and other intelligent control components, 10-inch touch screen control, support remote assistance and upgrade
• The final result is automatically calculated at the end of the test, with data storage and query, export functions, and real-time printing of test results

Aerosol generating system Special nozzle for sampling is used for generating, using NaCl, paraffin oil, DEHS and other dust sources, and the concentration adjustment is simple and convenient;

Flow equalization device Equipped with pipeline air flow equalization device to ensure uniform mixing of aerosol in the pipeline;

Filter media installation Designed according to the standard circular design, with uniform air inlet and outlet, which is convenient for aerosol and differential pressure sampling;

Sampling and data processing The upstream and downstream aerosol concentration sampling is verified by long-term sample test;
