Descriptions

Metal fiber twist thread is manufactured into flexible thread by twisting with a single strand or multiple strands of long fibers. It possesses stable resistivity, fine high temperature resistant and conductive performance, after coating with PFA,FEP, metal fiber twist thread can be work on electric heating elements&heating mats, smart textiles,Textile sensors or composite applications.

In Embroidery technology part, conductive wires(Strands) are attached to carrier materials virtually three- diamensionally.
