DC motorised zone valve control, 2 port zone valve in hydronic
heating system,
Product Description
The mini motorised zone valves, are one type of ball valve used for
controlling the flow of water or steam in a hydronic heating and/or
cooling system. In the point of improving the efficiency and
occupants' comfort, these systems are commonly divided into
multiple zones. For example, the main floor may be served by one
heating zone in a house, while the upstairs bedrooms are served by
another. In that case, the heating supply can be directed
principally to the main floor in the day, and principally to the
bedrooms at night, allows the unoccupied areas to cool down.
Application
Advantages
No | Name | Material | Advantage |
1. | O-ring | Import | Resistance to high temperature, oil, corrosion, chemicals, Work temp.: —30℃+280℃.Quadruple seals, minimize the risk of leakage. |
2. | Drainage | Drain just in case leakage happens
4 | 0-ring | EPDM (red) | Between nut and valve body, extra external leak proof, reduce the possibility of internal leak |
8. | Ball | Brass or SS304 | Finely polished, rack nickel plating (not barrel plating), smooth surface, improved torque performance |
9. | Water proof G | Avoid water into housing, seal between valve body and valve housing |

5. | Wall thickness | 2.0mm, PN20
6. | Teflon washer | Import teflon | 1. Import teflon tube, numerical processing to perfectly match with
ball surface |
7 | 0-ring | EPDM | 1. Good elasticity, as buffer after Teflon washer to improve seal
